We offer free Standard delivery to UK customers. You may choose a express delivery option at the checkouts at an extra cost.

INTERNATIONAL

International delivery costs will be displayed at checkout. Price will vary depending on your selected shipping option.


Delivery Times

UK
  • Royal Mail standard

On dispatch, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.

  • Royal Mail First Class

On dispatch,  you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days.

  • Royal mail Special (Next Bussines day)

On dispatch, you can expect to receive your order the next business day (Monday –Friday).

INTERNATIONAL
  • International standard & International  signed for (Tracked)

Times will vary depending on your countries import regulations and postal service. Please check with your local Post Office for an estimate on how long it takes to ship items from the UK to your country.

Returns

Faulty goods:
Damages: Must be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified we will replace the item or issue a full refund to you via your original payment method as required.

On arrival: If packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.

Under Warranty: Report the fault to us with a full description of fault, we ask that you send the faulty goods back to us with a copy of your invoice we will arrange replacements of the item. Goods should not have been tampered with, used in ways and purposes for which they were not intended, modified or used in combination with other products that have not been purchased directly from us. Returning the goods safely is your responsibility and is at your cost.

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered: We comply with the requirements of Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to return unwanted goods for refund or exchange, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the order, we should receive the returns within 14 days of your notice of returns. The order should be in good condition (new) in the original packaging, unmarked and undamaged with the invoice attached. It is your responsibility to pack the goods securely and you must pay for the return costs. The goods remain your responsibility until we receive them; we suggest you should always use a recorded delivery and obtain proof of post.
Once we receive the returns we will refund you the full cost of the goods to your original payment method.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS THE GOODS ARE PACKAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.

Goods made to order: Please note any goods made to order will be excluded from the above returns policy.

Requesting returns: Please fill in the ‘Contact Us form’ stating reason for returns. Please remember to include your name, order reference and date of purchase.
